ASEAN Declarations and Statements

          ASEAN Declarations and Statements on the ASEAN Cooperation on Civil Service Matters  (ACCSM)signed by ASEAN Leaders and Heads of civil service are as follows:

•  Signing upon the Luang Prabang Joint Declaration on ASEAN Plus Three Civil Service Cooperation at the 15^th ACCSM Informal Meeting of ASEAN Heads of Civil Service and the Technical Meeting by the ASEAN Heads of Civil Service on 29-10-2010 hosted by Laos PDR during the term of 2009-2010 for the Chair of 15^th ACCSM.
• Signing upon the Putrajaya Joint Declaration on ASEAN Post-2015 Priorities Towards an ASEAN Citizen – Centric Civil Service at the 1^st ASEAN Heads of Civil Service Retreat by the ASEAN Heads of Civil Service on     17-11-2015 hosted by Malaysia at Putrajaya for the host of 27^th ASEAN Summit.
• Signing upon the ASEAN Declaration on the role of the Civil Service as a Catalyst for Achieving the ASEAN Community Vision 2025 at the meeting by the ASEAN Heads of Civil Service on 29-4-2017 conducted by the Philippines at Manila for the host of 30^th ASEAN Summit 2017.
• Signing upon the ASEAN Statement on Promotion of Good Governance and Acceleration an Agile Civil Service in a Digital Economy at the           3^rd ASEAN Heads of Civil Service Retreat by the ASEAN Heads of Civil Service on 23-8-2013 hosted by Thailand during the term of 2019-2020 for the Chair of 20^th ACCSM.
• Adopted upon the ASEAN Declaration on Fostering the Civil Service’s Adaptability over the New Challenges at the meeting by the ASEAN Heads of Civil Service on 30-6-2021 hosted by Viet Nam during the term of Chair of 21^th ACCSM.
