Main Duties and Functions of Affiliated Office of the Chairman of UCSB

  1. Coordinating the required procedures in between and among the affiliated departments and submitting them to the Chairman;
  2. Preparing and submitting the memo to the cabinet office;
  3. Supervising the office tasks and procedures for productivity in the affiliated departments and coordinating with the horizontal to vertical government organizations;
  4. Implementing the policies in accordance with the guidance of Chairman and cooperate and coordinate with different departments;
  5. Submitting to the Chairman for appointment and promoting of civil service in line with the disciplines ;
  6. Undertaking the affairs with regard to civil service  personnel in the matter of promotion , regulation , welfare and other administrative arrangements of the affiliated office of the chairman of  UCSB;
  7. Maintaining the office building and security of apartments of civil service;
  8. Monitoring the affairs with regards to the press release on movement of the the affiliated office of the chairman of  UCSB in line with the guidance;
  9. Reporting the travel plan of the chairman and members of UCSB to the cabinet;
  10. According to the guidance of chairman and members of UCSB, making control the personal security, document security, computer and network security;
  11. Preparing the memo which has been submitted to the President office and Cabinet office and e-Government system in line with the guidance of the Chairman of UCSB;
  12. Granting the civil service affairs, welfare , training and education ;
  13. Making arrangement of the international relations and finance;
