Duties and Functions of Division of Civil Service Personnel Record
Duties and functions of Division (4), Civil Service Personnel Record Division, are as follows:
(a) Maintaining the lists of removal and dismissal of the civil service personnel from concerned ministries and organizations systematically through digitalized system
(b) Undertaking maintenance to the lists of service personnel in order of their positions and their service records systematically through digitalized system
(c) Keeping record systematically to the service records of personnel through computerized modern techniques
(d) Supporting to the processes of analyzing on the recruitment, training, promotion, regulation to service personnel
(e) Keeping record to the personal data, service record, training attendance in local and abroad, commendation, conferred certificate and degree as well as punishment record of service personnel of the public organizations
(f) Conducting necessary research and keeping service personnel records systematically in order to support state administrative mechanism
