Duties and Functions of Management Division
Duties and functions of Division (1), Management Division, are as follows:
(a) Supporting necessary arrangement in order to achieve the routines of the department
(b) Supervising with the guidance in the administrative affairs including promotion, regulatory cases and welfare activities
(c) Conducting Management procedures in dealing with furniture, machines, vehicles, stationery as well as security and maintenance of the office building
(d) Undertaking to be systematic in dealing with the security activities for personnel, documents, computers and internet access with the guidance of Director General and Deputy Director General
(e) Undertaking the cases for retaining, recruiting, transferring and resigning of personnel
(f) Updating service books of personnel of the department
(g) Submitting annual current expenditure, capital expenditure and staff population to the respective organizations
(h) Undertaking coordination and collaboration with the respective organizations such as budget department and office of the auditor general of the union in dealing with debit and credit upon the allocating budget
(i) Supporting necessary arrangements for the meetings and trainings
(j) Undertaking necessary arrangement to dispatch delegates to local and international training courses, meetings, workshops and study tours to enhance their capacity with the guidance of the Board
(k) Monitoring to be able to undertake systematically to the orders and directives of the authoritative organizations
(l) Undertaking the activities for security, hygiene and regulation of office and service housings
(m) Supervising the activities of library and archive of the Board and maintaining the books and records
