Objectives
(a) To update the Civil Service Personnel Law, Rules, Union Civil Service Board Law, Rules, Procedures, Orders and Directives in line with the guidance of the Union Civil Service Board
(b) To support implementation activities for the process of editing and supplementing Union Civil Service Board Law and Rules, Civil Service Personnel Law and Rules in line with current situation and for the process of publication of orders, directives and procedures
(c) To provide suggestions and comments upon the inquiries related to civil service affairs from the ministries and organizations concerned in accordance with the Union Civil Service Board Law, Rules, Civil Service Personnel Law, Rules, Procedures, Orders and Directives
(d) To deliver lectures regarding Civil Service Personnel Law, Civil Service Personnel Rules and Office Manual at the trainings conducted by ministries and organizations concerned
(e) To submit annual reports of lists of removal and dismissal of civil service personnel from each ministries and organizations to the State Administrative Council and the Union Government Office in time
(f) To make arrangements in align with the policy and directives by the State Administrative Council, the Union Government Office and Education, Health and Human Resource Development Committee to dispatch personnel to foreign scholarship programs
(g) To make publications concerned with civil service matters for civil service personnel to enrich their knowledge and concepts
(h) To upload data through each software which included in the e-Recruitment and Integrated Civil Service System (ERICSS) implemented by the civil service affairs department under the Union Civil Service Board
(i) To keep maintenance of civil service records with the guidance of authorized organizations
